Following the investment moves by talented hedge funds Billionaire Tracker is a subscription-based investment service that alerts its subscribers when a billionaire investor takes a stake of a company. In other words, we tell you what stocks billionaires are buying.
Who We Follow
We closely follow billionaires and their managing hedge funds that have a long track record of outperforming the market (at least 10 years). This means their portfolio has returned higher than the market (i.e. S&P 500 index). A large majority of investors (both professional and retail) fail to outperform the market on a long-term basis, but the selected billionaires have consistently done it for multiple decades.
What We Do
We have created proprietary systems that alert us when the billionaire’s hedge fund files a form 13 to the Securities and Exchange Commission (sec.gov). A form 13 is filed when the hedge fund buys or sells stock. It also tells us the “Purpose of Transaction” so that we know why the billionaire bought or sold the stock. After we are alerted, analysts at Billionaire Tracker go in, analyze the transaction, and put it in to simple language to email to our subscribers.
